Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and order-related tasks via phone, email, fax, and mail
- Order and Quote Processing: Accurately process and manage quotation requests and purchase orders, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place
- Coordination & Logistics: Collaborate with the Stockroom to guarantee timely and accurate product shipments and deliveries
- Document and Data Management: Maintain precise records by filing all documents according to company compliance standards and inputting crucial data into company systems
- Problem Resolution: Actively assist in resolving documentation issues with clients and perform follow-up to ensure on-time delivery
