Responsibilities
- Extensive Change Management focuses with an Agile approach from a Business Analyst and Project Management standpoint
- Take complicated ideas, represent it visually in clear and concise ways using presentation decks
- Own responsibility of delivery on active projects once they have been approved
- Requirements gathering and creation
- Work with line users, tech teams, and lead all parties through joint discussions to make sure projects needs and target state are met
- Articulate what is being built to senior leadership, why it is important to the business users, and how it is being built by the tech teams
- Include If/Then/Else statements into requirements that are created
- Help navigate a multitude of teams through vital pivot points in the project
- Frequent iterations and meetings with technology teams to ensure all disconnects are managed and processes are being pushed along with development
- Work directly with UAT Testers to ensure system is being built out appropriately, and may be asked to do light testing as well.
- Gather feedback and questions once program has been released, then work with development teams for expansion and further development to meet business needs
- Create and present status reporting
- Develop and follow up on approach to testing systems after launch
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders through reporting and statements to executive leadership
- Ensure appropriate language is used to devilver messages to the respective audience
