We're hiring an Account Representative to join a growing team in Franklin, TN. In this role, you'll work closely with Account Managers to provide exceptional support to clients and help manage a seamless insurance experience from start to finish. Responsibilities

In this position you will be responsible for: 

• Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and concerns.
  
  
• Manage client accounts, documentation, and policy renewals using our agency management software.
  
  
• Help with claims processing and other administrative tasks as needed.
  
  
• Collaborate with internal teams and carriers to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  
  
• Work with Account Managers to help new and existing clients with their insurance needs.
  
  
• Maintain relationships with clients, producers, and carriers through clear communication.
  
  
• Stay up-to-date on our insurance products and internal procedures to continuously improve our service.
