As a vital contact for customer billing questions, you will reframe daily tasks into opportunities for strategic achievement:
- Champion Client Relationships: Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, acting as the supportive point of contact for complex accounts and inquiries.
- Drive Financial Integrity: Utilize your deep understanding of billing, collections, and accounts receivable to resolve issues swiftly and accurately, operating within established guidelines.
- Proactively Secure Accounts: Strategically review large accounts to identify and resolve potential issues before the customer is billed, ensuring account activity aligns perfectly with the customer agreement.
- Manage Complex Billing: Take ownership of on-off billing duties, including consolidated invoicing and precisely managing invoice uploads into various customer AP systems.
- Optimize Receivables: Generate monthly statements and confidently assist in collecting past-due balances.
- Maintain Precision: Monitor account credits, posting them in a timely fashion, and supporting other related financial duties as needed.
We seek a motivated individual who is ready to thrive with us:
- Experience & Education: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in customer support is essential. A high school diploma is required, with an Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Business preferred.
- Financial Acumen: strong analytical skills with a proven ability to reconcile data and expertly analyze variances.
- Tech Proficiency: Intermediate or higher level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required. Experience with SAP or similar financial systems is a preferred asset.
- Soft Skills for Success: You must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to professionally interact with various levels of management. A high degree of accuracy and unwavering attention to detail is critical. Apply Today!
