Responsibilities
Your main function will be to provide comprehensive support to our legal department. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Litigation Matter Administration: Manage online files, prepare and review legal documents, and maintain calendars to keep cases organized and on track.
- Investigative Support: Assist with matter investigations by identifying witnesses and evidence, conducting interviews, reviewing materials, and creating detailed case timelines.
- Discovery and E-Discovery: Handle the administration of litigation evidence holds, review and redact documents for production, and assist with e-discovery processes.
- Communication: Draft and finalize correspondence with outside counsel and other key contacts, and respond to administrative inquiries professionally.
- Reporting: Maintain and provide status reports on active legal matters as requested.
- Confidentiality: Handle and organize highly sensitive company information with the utmost discretion.
