- Production Planning: ️ You'll be the architect of our production schedules, balancing customer demand with material availability to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Inventory Guru: You'll manage and optimize inventory levels, making sure we have exactly what we need—no more, no less!
- Data Detective: ️♀️ You'll dive into the data, creating forecasts and reports to help us make smarter decisions and stay ahead of trends.
- Team Collaborator: You'll work closely with our purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to identify bottlenecks and lead initiatives that make everyone's job easier.
salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Build and manage master production schedules that balance customer demand, labor, and material availability.
- Create detailed production plans and timelines that align with sales forecasts and inventory status.
- Communicate schedule changes clearly with internal teams and third-party partners to avoid disruption.
- Oversee the flow of materials from procurement through warehouse to the production floor.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to minimize shortages, excess stock, and carrying costs.
- Partner with warehouse staff to ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system alignment.
- Develop demand forecasts using sales history, market insights, and business data.
- Track and report on KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory turns, and schedule adherence.
- Use data to make recommendations that improve planning accuracy and efficiency.
- Identify bottlenecks or disconnects between purchasing, warehouse, and production.
- Lead initiatives that streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and reduce waste.
- Support ERP/MRP optimization and help drive best practices in planning and materials management.
