Responsibilities
- Familiarity with syndicated lending and mid-tier commercial lending.
- Exposure to homegrown systems and global receivables platforms.
- Broad knowledge in commercial lending, regulatory reporting, data and analytics, product management, and lending technology.
- Expertise in both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience driving product strategy, Objectives & Key Results, and roadmaps.
- Ability to manage multiple high-risk, high-priority initiatives with complex dependencies.
- Executive-level communication skills.
- Proven track record in large-scale transformation and change management initiatives.
- Experience with commercial loan accounting platforms (AFS, Loan IQ, McCracken, Asset Based Lending).
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through complex problem-solving in matrixed environments.
- Experience with machine learning or artificial intelligence is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira, including dashboard/report development.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
