Responsibilities
Support operational compliance with client InfoSec001 policies.
Immediately alerting operations to QA non-compliance situations by:
· Stopping non-compliant transaction processing.
· Notifying shift supervision and/or operations management of non-compliant transaction processing concern.
· Cooperating with Operations to identify, assess, and recover from QA non-compliance.
· Increasing QA inspection of non-compliant production to ensure recovery actions have been implemented, and until desired improvement is achieved and sustained.
· By engaging Operations or SBU Manager directly, if Shift or Quality Supervisor or Supervisor are unavailable.
