Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative for inbound calls and troubleshooting, your main job duties include:

• Handling Inbound Calls: You'll be the first point of contact for customers, answering incoming phone calls and providing assistance.
  
  
• Troubleshooting Appliance Issues: A key part of your role is to help customers diagnose and solve problems with their appliances over the phone. You'll guide them through steps to resolve issues, acting as a problem-solver.
  
  
• Selling and Upselling: You'll also have the opportunity to earn commission by selling extended warranties and accessories to customers.
  
  
• Providing Customer Support: You will provide excellent, top-notch support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  
  
• Following a Set Schedule: The role is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with a required availability until 7:00 p.m. for closing shifts.
  
  
• Must be able to type 30WPM
  
  

This is an on-site position located in Benton Harbor, MI. You'll also need to complete four weeks of paid training, where perfect attendance is required.
