- Data Collection & Management: Gather, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure data integrity and unwavering accuracy.
- Business Support: Collaborate with diverse business units to clearly understand data needs and deliver actionable recommendations that inform critical strategic choices.
- Process Improvement: Identify data-related process gaps and recommend improvements that enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data Visualization: Develop compelling reports and dashboards using advanced visualization techniques to clearly present complex findings to stakeholders.
- Data Governance: Ensure compliance with all relevant data privacy and security standards, upholding the integrity of our information assets.
Essential Qualifications for Success
We seek an individual who can hit the ground running with a blend of technical expertise and business acumen:
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of demonstrated success in a Data Analyst or similar quantitative role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a closely related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in SQL and Excel is essential.
- Visualization Tools: Proficiency with leading data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or a comparable platform.
- Core Skills: Proven experience with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to articulate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
