In this role, you will be analyzing food products that may be spoiled and/or compromised & provide detailed explanations in writing about what is wrong with the product or the consumer's complaint. You will document the situation, take photographs, and file appropriately.
What We're Seeking:
- Ability to analyze and provide detailed explanations for spoiled returned products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & basic Excel)
- Experience in articulating detailed explanations in writing
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of photography, with a commitment to consumer and company privacy
- High School Diploma (Additional schooling in Food Science, Nutrition, or Biology is a plus)
