Responsibilities
- Manage Certified Payroll & Compliance: Take full ownership of the certified payroll process for subcontractors, utilizing platforms like LCPTracker and managing submissions through the California DIR portal.
- Conduct Compliance Audits: You will meticulously review project documentation, identify missing records, and ensure everything is accurate and complete.
- Investigate and Troubleshoot: Act as the main point of contact for compliance questions. This involves reaching out to subcontractors, union contacts, and project accountants to track down missing information and resolve discrepancies.
- Support Project Teams: Collaborate with project managers, clients, and accounting teams to ensure that both new and historical projects meet all compliance requirements from the outset.
