We’re Looking For:
- Someone fluent in Spanish & English
- Experience: At least 1 year of business experience is preferred, especially in an office setting.
- Skills: strong attention to detail, and proficiency with computers for reporting and data entry. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must. Must have a genuine desire to help others!
salary: $20 - $21 per hour

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
Your main focus will be on the "two R's": recruiting and relationships. Your role will help ensure that we bring in and keep the best talent.
- Answering phones & making phone calls to candidates
- Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews and process applications.
- Guide new hires through the onboarding process
- Coordinate pre-employment screenings, such as background checks and drug testing.
- Assist candidates with our Randstad@Work app, providing support to those who are less tech-savvy.
- Other duties as assigned by the Site Manager
