- Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role.
- An understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a positive, "can-do" attitude who is willing to help out wherever needed.
- Experience with payroll and/or accounts receivable is a plus.
salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the accounts payable process, including receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
- Conduct two weekly payment runs to ensure vendors are paid accurately and on time.
- Process and audit Amex expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Provide backup support for payroll, specifically by tracking and managing time-off requests.
- Serve as backup for the full-cycle Accounts Receivable function during periods of absence.
- Collaborate with other team members to assist with various administrative or financial tasks as needed.
