Your Impact in This High-Tech Role
- You will operate and maintain sophisticated, high-speed mail inserting equipment (like Evolution, MSE & EPIC models), becoming a key player in our daily operations.
- You'll streamline production by performing efficient job setups, proactively troubleshooting issues, and clearing jams to maximize uptime and meet deadlines.
- You will ensure flawless execution by conducting meticulous quality control checks and precisely reconciling job counts.
- You'll coordinate with team members and supervisors, providing clear updates on production flow and machine status in a structured, results-oriented environment.
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator working with high-volume mail inserters (e.g., Pitney Bowes, BlueCrest, Bell & Howell).
- A strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve minor equipment issues independently.
- The ability to thrive in a hands-on production setting, including standing for the duration of the shift and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Absolute availability and commitment to the 2nd shift schedule.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and 8-panel drug screen.
- Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour (Firm)
- Predictable Schedule: Enjoy a stable work week with your weekends free! Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM.
- Location: 100% on-site in Lynnfield, MA.

Responsibilities
• Operate and maintain production and quality standards on the inserters.
o Operator machine at acceptable speeds and quality
o Clear Jams
• Organize tasks and resources to complete work and meet deadlines according to established departmental procedures.
o Minimize time between jobs, by organizing the area and ensuring the inventory is adequate
• Set up equipment to ensure documents are processed correctly.
• Ensure overall run time is adequate for the type of mail run on shift
• Keep machine and area clean
