- Lead the management of retail field materials, collaborating closely with retail representatives and managers on paperwork and critical data needs.
- Champion the accuracy of field intelligence by loading necessary updates and questions into retail representatives' handheld tools.
- Analyze business performance by reviewing monthly pacing across units using Power BI reporting and daily sales data to identify where performance is meeting, exceeding, or pacing behind forecasts.
- Ensure data integrity by consistently analyzing inconsistencies across various data platforms, including Circana (IRI/Nielsen).
- Assist our Analyst and Revenue Specialist team in applying deductions against correct promotions by meticulously analyzing backup documentation against contracts and liabilities.
- Identify and analyze opportunities by supporting the Sales and Category teams with actionable, data-driven insights.
- Retail Data Experience: Proven experience working on the retail side of a CPG business, including familiarity with a broker management model.
- Analytical Acumen: Demonstrated analytical skills, including pulling data from systems and the ability to find and resolve inconsistencies.
- Reporting Tools: Practical experience analyzing and interpreting business performance via Power BI reporting or similar visualization tools.
- Resilience & Focus: Proven ability to handle the demands of a fast-paced, high-volume environment and manage multiple requests efficiently.
