- Strategically manage complex and shifting calendars for two distinct Senior Leaders, one local to Atlanta and one remote in Portland (PDX).
- Architect and coordinate all aspects of domestic and complex international travel (including booking, itinerary management, and logistics).
- Oversee and meticulously manage budget documentation and comprehensive expense reports with high precision.
- Lead the coordination of local team engagement initiatives, specifically planning and organizing volunteer events with local non-profit organizations, universities, and sports teams.
- Act as the key liaison for community partners, such as Atlanta Missions, proactively coordinating volunteer opportunities (times, locations, logistics) for the team.
- Cultivate organizational synergy through effective communication and the management of all key scheduling and meeting logistics.
- Proven Expertise: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience serving as a Senior Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Leadership Support: Demonstrated success supporting a minimum of two Senior Leaders simultaneously in a previous role.
- Global Logistics: Extensive experience managing and booking international travel and developing complex itineraries.
- Financial Acumen: Proficiency in managing budgets and efficiently processing detailed expense reports.
- Organizational Mastery: Expert-level calendar management, including complex organizational and scheduling tasks.
