Your Opportunity to Drive Impact
In this high-impact role, you will play an integral part in providing financial oversight and strategic guidance as a dedicated Finance Lead, reporting directly to the Director. You will:
- Spearhead the financial planning, forecasting, and analysis (FP&A) processes for key business functions.
- Collaborate directly with Ecommerce and Supply Chain teams, acting as the key finance liaison to articulate and communicate complex financial concepts effectively.
- Develop and optimize sophisticated financial models utilizing Excel to support critical business decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze comprehensive financial data to ensure business success, driving operational excellence within the logistics network.
- Provide critical administrative and documentation support, ensuring seamless operational workflows.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of financial planning and forecasting experience in a dedicated Financial Analyst role.
- Expertise: Deep expertise in financial modeling using advanced Excel is a must-have.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex concepts, coordinate, and collaborate effectively with non-finance and cross-functional teams (a key component of success in this role).
- Tools: Proven experience with Microsoft Office and data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree minimum in Finance, Business, or a related analytical field.
