As a Logistics Specialist, you’ll play a key role in keeping shipments on track, customers updated, and drivers headed in the right direction. From order entry to delivery follow-ups, you’ll be the go-to problem-solver making sure goods get where they need to go—on time and in great shape!
salary: $14.75 - $19.75 per hour

Responsibilities
- What Your Day Looks Like
- Enter customer loads and maintain accurate profile information in the Freight Optimizer system
- Keep account managers in the loop on problem loads and actions taken
- Monitor daily pick-ups/deliveries and confirm on-time arrivals
- ☎️ Take check calls from drivers and validate load data for accounting
- Investigate overages, shortages, or damages and document findings
- Schedule or reschedule delivery appointments
- ️ Provide clear routing instructions to drivers
