Responsibilities

Pay: $22–$25/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 2:00 PM–10:30 PM (tentative, pending manager approval)
Training: 2–3 weeks (fully paid) before taking live calls
Location: Fully onsite Brentwood, TN 37027

What You’ll Do:
Handle inbound calls (600–900 daily across team) and assist patients with treatment needs
Make outbound calls to schedule patients once insurance is verified
Complete questionnaires on patient history and insurance coverage
Explain benefits, provide quotes, process payments, and assist with travel navigation
Use provided scripts and talk tracks to guide conversations
Support multiple patient accounts, with responsibilities increasing as you grow into the role
Engage in light sales – patients already want treatment, you help them take the next step
What We’re Looking For:
1+ year of call center experience
strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Ability to work onsite full time
