We're seeking a friendly and proactive On-site IT Support Specialist to be the go-to technology expert for our busy Twinsburg office. In this high-impact role, you'll provide the essential hands-on technical assistance that empowers our internal teams to succeed.
What You'll Achieve
- Empower Our Team: Ensure new team members feel welcome from day one by managing their IT onboarding, from laptop setup to account creation.
- Drive Productivity: Serve as the on-site technology authority, skillfully resolving a wide range of hardware, software, and printer issues to keep operations running smoothly.
- Deliver Exceptional Support: Masterfully manage and prioritize a dynamic queue of support tickets, providing both in-person and remote assistance with an approachable, customer-focused mindset.
- 2+ years of professional IT support experience, including hands-on hardware management (laptop assembly/repair, system builds).
- Proven customer service skills in a professional setting, with excellent communication abilities.
- strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts.
- A patient, professional, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive independently as the sole on-site IT presence while contributing to a collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities
Provide basic technical support to Clients. Troubleshoot application issues, basic diagnosing of the desktop/laptop software problems.
Requirements: 1 - 3 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
1 - 3 years of customer service experience. Excellent communication skills.
The ability to work in a team environment and commit to a flexible work schedule.
