The Role: Core Responsibilities
- Salesforce Management (MUST HAVE): Serve as the primary user for Salesforce CRM, meticulously entering customer records, tracking sales activities, and ensuring data integrity at 100% accuracy.
- Order-to-Cash Cycle: Manage the end-to-end customer order process, including verification, invoicing, payment coordination, and generating sales documents.
- Customer Engagement: Handle high-volume communications via phone/email, acting as the main liaison between clients, sales reps, and internal logistics/billing teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Inside Sales Support: Assist inside sales by running reports for lead generation, promoting services, and engaging in follow-up calls to upsell or cross-sell to existing clients.
- Administrative Duties: Prepare and maintain all sales documents and contracts, utilizing Google Suite (Sheets, Docs) for tracking, reporting, and file management.
- Compliance & Scheduling: Manage sales calendars, schedule appointments, and track vendor compliance documents.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a Sales Support or Administrative role.
- Technology: Mandatory proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Google Suite.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and proven experience with phone sales/customer retention. A great personality and professional demeanor are essential.
