Responsibilities

• Support multiple different operational teams, including but not limited to Certification of Insurance, Invoicing, Insurance Renewal, Drafting Documents, etc
• Utilize your analytical skills, customer service skills, detail-orientation, system skills, intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills, math aptitude, and banking/insurance operations experience to push forward a variety of tasks
• Attend paid classroom training onsite to learn about the company's multiple layers, facets, and depths of insurance offerings to know the "why" behind your analytical and administrative back office operations responsibilities
  • Take good notes, ask questions, and participate in training activities
  • Assessment happens after training.  If you meet expectations, possess the initiative and professionalism needed, and have exceptional attendance; you will be asked to accept a 4-6 month extension
• Pull data from multiple databases and utilize Excel (calculations, pivot tables, formulas) to summarize the information
• Oversee and record client and carrier communication within SharePoint
• Prepare client-specific reports
• Build and maintain cohesive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Serve as the point of contact for your client portfolio
