The Opportunity: A Critical Dual-Role
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill a critical Dispatcher and Accounts Receivable Specialist role. You will be the central hub for our service operations and a key part of our financial success. Your Core Responsibilities
This position requires balancing logistics and financial support:
I. Dispatching & Service Coordination (Primary Focus)
- Technician Management & Scheduling: Efficiently coordinate, manage, and dispatch field technicians for all service appointments, repairs, and installations. Develop and maintain daily schedules and routes, ensuring resources are optimally allocated to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Real-Time Job Monitoring: Proactively monitor and track all open jobs using dispatching software, resolving potential delays or conflicts to ensure service timelines are strictly met.
- Customer Communication: Serve as the primary contact. Professionally communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide estimated time of arrival (ETA) updates, and manage service expectations.
- Documentation: Accurately document all service call details (assignments, status, completion notes) and collaborate with the team to quickly resolve customer concerns.
II. Accounts Receivable (AR) Support (Secondary Focus)
- Invoicing & Billing: Generate and process accurate, timely invoices for services rendered, verifying billing details against completed work orders.
- Payment Processing: Accept, process, and accurately record all incoming customer payments (checks, credit cards) into the accounting system.
- Collections: Execute professional, proactive collections efforts on past-due accounts. Follow up consistently with customers to minimize aging receivables.
- Financial Data: Assist with reconciling daily payments and maintaining the accuracy of customer accounts
