Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and process all new claims data into the company system.
- Utilize CCC software for comprehensive claims management.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments with insurance adjusters.
- Record and track essential information, including the official start date for insurance coverage.
- Process and organize critical financial and claim documentation, such as appraisals and invoices.
- Maintain professional communication via email with internal team members and external insurance partners (open to working with all insurance companies).
