Customer Support Specialist Location: Lakeland, FL 33615 (On-Site) Shift: 9:30 PM – 6:00 PM | Full-Time Department: Employment Office Are you a great communicator with a passion for problem-solving and service excellence? We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to be the voice and support behind our Facilities team—helping stores and corporate offices resolve maintenance and refrigeration issues quickly and efficiently.

• Receive and manage service requests from retail and corporate locations
  
  
• Deliver high-quality support via phone and email, focusing on fast, efficient problem resolution
  
  
• Provide break/fix troubleshooting and coordinate service through vendor partners
  
  
• Balance and escalate workload as needed to ensure timely service delivery
  
  
• Communicate follow-ups, dispatch work orders, and support improvement initiatives
  
  
• Help reduce operational expenses through accurate issue resolution and smart coordination
  
  
• High School Diploma or equivalent
  
  
• At least 3 years of customer service or business coordination experience (retail experience a plus)
  
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating the web A team-first attitude with a dedication to helping others
  
  
• English/Spanish Preferred

Responsibilities

• Contact store to ask questions and complete an investigation of recent
  incident with customer.
• Typing up investigation
• Good phone etiquette
• Great Phone Communication
• Heavy email volume to create work orders for store locations
• Assist with filing and other Office Duties as assigned
