Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for payroll accuracy and employee support? We are looking for a dedicated Payroll Analyst to join our team in Boca Raton, FL, and play a crucial role in managing our compensation and benefits programs.
What You'll Do:
This role is the backbone of our payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance and smooth operations:
- Own the Payroll Cycle: Accurately perform payroll calculations, process the full payroll cycle, manage all garnishments and liens, and ensure strict compliance with federal regulations and deadlines.
- HRIS and Data Management: Maintain, program, and audit our HRIS system (Paycom), ensuring data integrity for payroll, benefits, and employee records. Generate essential reports.
- Policy & Projects: Participate in the implementation of HR policies, coordinate programs like Tuition Reimbursement and Service Awards, and manage internal employee transfers.
- Experience: Hands-on experience in payroll administration.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Core Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, organizational and time management abilities, and a commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive data.
- Communication: Excellent communication and customer service orientation to effectively interact with employees and leadership.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in HRIS systems (experience with Paycom is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.
