Schedule: The ideal candidate will work five days a week, from 10 AM - 7PM, Tuesday through Saturday.
Key Requirements:
- Communicate in English/Spanish or English/French/Creole is a must.
- Experience: 1-2 years of business experience is preferred.
- Skills: attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency with computers for reporting and data entry.

Responsibilities
The Site Coordinator contributes to the execution of work processes by supporting the on-site account team. The role focuses on ensuring compliance and coordinating efforts related to talent, including:
- Developing and managing a talent pipeline that aligns with the client's needs.
- Participating in the hiring process, which includes conducting phone and in-person interviews, administering skill assessments, processing applications, and checking references.
- Coordinating pre-employment screenings such as background checks, assessments, and onsite/external drug testing.
- Completing and auditing payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintaining electronic and paper records for effective, orderly, and legal storage of personnel data. This includes maintaining talent records in Randstad Front Office.
- Distributing safety equipment and maintaining the necessary inventory.
- Conducting daily floor walks to ensure talent is performing their required job duties.
- Undertaking other tasks as directed by the Site Manager.
- Assisting with administrative duties like contacting available talent, filing, and data entry.
- Handling efforts related to unemployment hearings and workers' compensation.
