You'll be responsible for the smooth operation of our sales cycle: processing and tracking customer orders in our system, ensuring 100% data accuracy in all order details, and communicating daily with the team.
A key focus is inventory management: compiling weekly sales forecasts to guide replenishment and strategically overseeing aging inventory to maximize recovery and sales.

Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders within the order management system, providing daily tracking updates and ensuring seamless internal communication with the team.
- Verify the accuracy of all order details, including quantity, pricing, discounts, shipping information, custom forms, and delivery schedules.
- Develop and present weekly forecasts for current and future demand to strategically guide inventory replenishment decisions.
- Oversee aging inventory at the center, executing strategies to either maximize sales to customers or coordinate transfer to the commodity desk.
