The Accounts Receiveable Clerk will execute complex clerical, bookkeeping, and accounting assignments, focusing on the accurate recording of financial transactions and the preparation of essential financial documents.

• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Knowledge of standard bookkeeping practices and procedures
• Familiarity with standard accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)
• Ability to commit to the full 6-week temporary assignment

Responsibilities

• Generate and issue invoices to clients and customers
• Prepare various financial reports and accounting statements for management review
• Post and reconcile journal entries to the general ledger
• Proofread accounting reports to ensure numerical and clerical accuracy
• Assign and distribute expenditures to the appropriate accounts following established financial procedures
• Complete additional bookkeeping and clerical tasks as directed
