Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Quality Management: You will develop, implement, and maintain QA policies, procedures, and documentation. You'll also monitor compliance with various quality standards and conduct internal and external audits, process reviews, and risk assessments.

Product & Production Quality: You'll inspect raw materials, in-process work, and finished products for defects. A key part of the role is to document and investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions. You'll also work with production staff to resolve quality issues, improve processes, and maintain calibration records for testing equipment.

Service Quality: You will monitor service delivery to ensure consistency and compliance with standards. You will also collect and analyze customer feedback to find areas for service improvement and help train staff to meet service quality expectations.

Continuous Improvement: You'll track and report on quality metrics and performance indicators. You'll also work with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, reduce waste, and participate in problem-solving and root cause analysis.
