A prominent defense litigation firm is seeking a motivated Healthcare Litigation Attorney (Associate) to join its specialized team in Wilmington, Delaware. This is an excellent opportunity to focus on complex Nursing Home Defense matters within a supportive team environment.
Location & Work Arrangement
- Location: Wilmington, DE
- Schedule: HYBRID (after an initial training period)
Key Requirements
- Bar Membership: Active Delaware (DE) Bar license is mandatory.
- Experience: 1+ years of litigation experience in Medical Malpractice Defense is preferred.
- We will consider candidates with transferable defense experience, such as Toxic Tort Defense or Workers' Compensation Defense.
- Plaintiff-side experience will also be considered to widen our candidate pool.

- Trial Experience: Experience taking a case to trial is not required.
