Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing field service technicians in the field while representing the company in a knowledgeable and professional manner
- Assist with developing proposals, performing job walks, and defining work scope to meet customer needs and requirements on reliability, preventative maintenance, motor change-outs, and testing of customer equipment.
- 2+ years of AC/DC motor experience needed
- Perform electrical tests using various portable electronic equipment, including but not limited to: Megger®, PdMA MCE, Multimeter, and DLRO.
- Install/Remove AC and DC electric motors, laser align equipment, read precision measuring tools such as micrometers, replace sleeve and anti-friction bearings, set seals, air gaps, and torque critical components to proper torque specs.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel locally and overnight
