Responsibilities:
You will act as the central point of contact, ensuring the smooth flow of all outbound shipments and internal transfers by aligning sales orders, warehouse operations, and traffic schedules.
Qualifications:
- 2-year degree OR 2 years of related experience.
- Proven experience in a shipping, logistics, dispatch, or similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute all necessary paperwork for outbound loads and in-house material transfers.
- Create, monitor, and maintain the daily schedule for all outgoing shipments.
- Analyze the production schedule against customer deadlines to confirm on-time delivery of materials.
- Serve as the primary liaison, providing the sales team with proactive status updates on customer material shipments.
- Track and audit actual shipments to ensure all customer-specific packaging, documentation, and delivery requirements are strictly met.
- Identify, analyze, and correct problems related to outbound loads, including troubleshooting logistics and processing errors.
- Participate in continuous process improvement activities and special projects aimed at enhancing shipping efficiency.
- Effectively communicate all ongoing changes, delays, or issues to the shipping team members.
- Perform various administrative and clerical activities necessary to support shipping and transfer operations.
- Be available on-call to handle urgent or emergency shipment requirements.
