Responsibilities
Tour Program Management
* Organize, schedule, and host facility tours.
* Develop and maintain tour materials and logistics for high-quality experiences.
* Coordinate with internal teams for safety and confidentiality compliance.
Brand Ambassador Duties
* Represent the company knowledgeably and enthusiastically.
* Communicate company mission, history, and leadership.
* Build positive relationships, reflecting company culture.
Event & Logistics Management
* Plan and execute on-site events.
* Manage event logistics (scheduling, catering, AV/tech, signage, transportation).
* Track budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
Facility Presentation
* Maintain professional, welcoming, and brand-aligned public areas.
* Monitor and update signage, displays, and collateral.
Confidentiality & Security
* Uphold confidentiality with sensitive information and high-level visitors.
* Partner with security for guest protocols.
Operational Excellence
* Manage high-volume scheduling requests professionally.
* Track visitor engagement data for continuous improvement.
