Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle Accounts Payable process, including receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
- Review all invoices and payment requests for proper documentation, coding, and authorization.
- Process vendor payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers) accurately and in a timely manner.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues with vendors and internal departments.
- Maintain accurate vendor files and records.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures, including AP reconciliation and accruals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and established AP controls.
