This is a key leadership position based at our Corporate HQ where you will report directly to the VP of Sales. What You'll Do:
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of outside sales professionals across multiple territories.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed ambitious company goals.
- Analyze performance data and market trends to identify new opportunities for expansion, products, and revenue streams.
- Act as a key advisor to executive leadership, providing data-driven insights to guide our sales direction.
- Exceptional Earning Potential: A competitive base salary of $130,000 - $160,000 (negotiable based on experience) plus an uncapped, tiered incentive plan.
