We're hiring a key team member to manage core HR functions in a fast-paced environment. You will be the primary contact for:
- Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution
- Full-Cycle Recruitment & Onboarding
- Benefits & Payroll Administration
- HR Policy Development & Compliance
salary: $24 - $31 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Performance
- Manage employee relations issues, including conducting investigations, resolving conflicts, and administering disciplinary action in compliance with company policy and legal requirements.
- Support and administer performance management cycles, including goal setting, performance reviews, and developing performance improvement plans (PIPs).
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits administration.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist the recruiting team with sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for entry-level and specialized roles.
- Manage the full employee onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and new hires are seamlessly integrated.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and employee files (both physical and electronic).
- Assist with benefits administration (enrollment, changes, and annual open enrollment communication).
- Support the payroll process by ensuring accurate timecard submission, tracking changes in status, and processing necessary paperwork.
