- Communicate & Challenge: We need someone who is comfortable speaking up, providing candid feedback, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- The Environment: Our facility can be a hot environment where you'll be working around materials like hydraulic fluid and graphite. You will get dirty—this is a shop floor role!
- The Schedule: Flexibility is key. You must be willing to work every other Saturday as part of our regular operating rhythm.
- Proven experience managing and leading direct labor teams in a production or manufacturing setting.
- A quick learner with a demonstrated ability to rapidly grasp complex technical processes.
- The desire to roll up your sleeves and lead by example.
- strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple priorities, including detailed tracking (attendance, performance, headcount).
