Responsibilities
Global telecom organization hiring an HRBP to join a collaborative and expanding team
Tactical and Strategic - this role will support a commercial business unit and leadership team
Key Responsibilities:
- Management and oversight of employee lifecycle
- Strategic partnerships with leadership and stakeholders
- Support to international and domestic US employees within business unit/vertical
- Performance management and employee relations
- Talent review and succession planning
- Identify and improve HR processes and services
- Experience with SAP Success Factors
