The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and reliable person with an excellent phone manner. While experience in collections is a plus, we are happy to train the right person. This is an onsite role requiring a robust work ethic and a desire to contribute to a friendly team environment.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of collections calls to businesses.
• Document collections activities and payments in a spreadsheet.
• Communicate professionally and clearly with business owners.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
