We are looking for an experienced office administrator in Frisco, Texas.  This role will support a board of directors and an administrative staff.  The right candidate will have experience working in a corporate setting and must have senior level experience. Responsibilities

• First point of management contract for any tenant improvements, including overseeing bid process and
  managing contractor.
• Manage vendor relationships for corporate office services and assist with Houston branch office and
  facility administration functions.
• Authorize purchase orders and work directives.
• Analyze discrepancies and unpaid client invoices/research and resolve differences and issues.
• Arrange and coordinate engagement activities, meetings and events to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Manage corporate travel for company with delegated authority of expenditures for corporate travel
  approvals and travel expense authorization.
• Responsible for ordering office supplies and ensuring kitchen and breakroom is fully stocked. 
• Responsible for creating and managing workflow between admin support and engineering staff.
