Responsibilities
- Assist with the new hire benefits enrollment process, including ADP system registration.
- Process and monitor benefits enrollments and changes.
- Ensure employees receive their insurance cards and benefits-related documentation.
- Track and manage Health Savings Account (HSA) deduction changes.
- Support employees with Qualifying Life Event (QLE) assistance.
- Prepare and submit the weekly 401(k) submission report.
- Conduct beneficiary and loan audits to ensure compliance.
- Assist employees with 401(k) account creation, rollovers, distributions, and
general inquiries. - Reconcile invoices and ensure accuracy in 401(k) contributions.
- Assist with Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) paperwork and
processing. - Ensure timely collection of LOA forms and proper documentation.
- Track and follow up on employee return-to-work status.
- Generate and distribute benefits owed letters, following up as necessary.
- Coordinate LOA-related payroll deductions and ensure accurate processing.
- Provide employees with clear guidance and information regarding leave
policies.
