salary: $22 - $26 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently, including matching purchase orders and receiving reports
  
  
• Review, verify, and reconcile vendor statements to ensure all accounts are current and accurate
  
  
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and checks
  
  
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
  
  
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and correspondence from vendors
  
  
• Assist with month-end closing procedures related to Accounts Payable
  
  
• Maintain accurate and organized AP files and documentation
