salary: $26 - $28 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily accounting functions, including the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  
  
• Process, reconcile, and post bank statements and credit card transactions accurately
  
  
• Conduct regular reconciliation of all accounts to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  
  
• Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Balance Sheets and Income Statements
  
  
• Experience with MS Excel and QuickBooks 
  
  
• Maintain an organized system of financial records and documents
