- This position is specifically tailored for temporary contract workers supporting the sales force with a focus on researching portals to access supplier contracts for designated customers.
- Responsibilities include utilizing Excel reports to track activity, manage data, and ensure accuracy in contract access and distribution.
- Daily priorities and expectations will be guided by management, with clear instructions provided to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) will be supplied for each supplier, outlining step-by-step processes to follow for contract research and access, ensuring compliance and consistency across all assignments.
- Prioritize customer questions and answer within SLA
