Responsibilities
1. Serve as process owner and subject matter expert for timekeeping and backup payroll
administration processes.
2. Provide backup support for payroll processing and ensure continuity of accurate and
timely pay cycles.
3. Maintain, audit, and process timekeeping records, ensuring compliance with attendance
and payroll policies.
4. Generate and distribute year-to-date absence reports and other time-related reports
across departments.
5. Manage and update employee data within the Human Resource Information System
(HRIS) and support reporting requests.
6. Ensure accurate recordkeeping and retention practices aligned with ISO/QMS
requirements and HR compliance standards.
7. Assist the Safety department by tracking and maintaining attendance records related to
safety meetings.
8. Support internal audits and document control procedures as they relate to HR and
administrative functions.
1. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in payroll, HR systems, and
administrative processes.
2. Support HR and recruiting teams by ensuring smooth delivery of related support
services.
3. Coordinate with various departments to deliver training on new or updated HR
processes and systems.
4. Maintain effective communication with employees, supervisors, and leadership regarding
payroll or policy-related inquiries.
