We're looking for a highly dedicated and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. This essential, fully onsite role involves managing the full cycle of AP operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing in our busy manufacturing environment. Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of vendor invoices efficiently, matching to POs and receiving documents.
  
  
• Review invoices for proper documentation and approval before payment.
  
  
• Code invoices to correct GL accounts and cost centers.
  
  
• Manage weekly payment runs (checks, ACH, wires) and ensure timely disbursements.
  
  
• Reconcile vendor statements, research, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  
  
• Maintain accurate vendor records and W-9s.
  
  
• Assist with month-end and year-end close, including accruals and reconciliations.
  
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally with purchasing, receiving, and other departments to resolve issues.
  
  
• Support audit requests by providing necessary documentation.
  
  
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
