- Proven experience in collections within a medium to large organization.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- SAP experience required.
- Familiarity with High Radius platform preferred.
- Analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and recognize patterns or issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings to various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of customer accounts for efficient collections.
- Investigate and resolve collection issues to support timely payment resolution.
- Monitor debit balances and other items impacting the cash forecast; collaborate with the cash application team.
- Deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining customer relationships.
- Review and assess credit holds to determine appropriate order release actions.
- Recommend and implement payment arrangements tailored to customer situations.
- Collaborate with credit analysts on collection concerns and credit limit adjustments.
- Communicate regularly with sales teams to align on account status, order activity, and payment schedules.
- Evaluate and recommend accounts for bad debt reserve consideration based on aging and risk assessments.
- Identify accounts for escalation to third-party collection agencies.
- Support internal and external audit requirements related to collections.
- Generate daily performance and collections reports aligned with team metrics.
- Meet reporting deadlines for month-end and quarter-end close cycles.
- Prepare detailed reports and analytics on collection activities, highlighting trends and key insights.
- Exercise sound judgment to recommend actionable strategies to management.
- Clearly and effectively present information across internal teams and to customers.
