Responsibilities
- Serve as the central client contact by expertly managing inbound communication (phone, email, and chat) to resolve questions and issues efficiently.
- Deliver personalized solutions by actively listening to and assessing individual client needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Ensure data integrity by accurately logging all client interactions, transactions, and feedback into our internal systems.
- Proactively engage with clients through occasional outbound follow-up calls to ensure issue resolution or to inform them about relevant services.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by collaborating with colleagues on service delivery strategies and sharing client insights to elevate the overall client experience.
- Maintain professional standards by utilizing clear and polished telephone communication techniques at all times.
- Identify opportunities for service enhancement by reviewing and interpreting client feedback and emerging support trends.
- Support departmental needs by preparing necessary documentation and reports using Microsoft Office applications.
